About

In 1983, Manh Hoang bought his first camera, a Nikon F3. He used it mainly for candid pictures of his family. As technology changed, the manual Nikon camera was replaced with others, but still solely used for family photos. Twenty years later, Manh Hoang went back to his Nikon F3 and began successfully taking pictures of multiple styles, from abstract, to landscape, to portraits and more.

His works have been exhibited at San Jose, California, Hong Kong City Mall, Crossline Gallery, Paul Art Gallery, The Art Institute of Houston, Dynasty Photo and the Bank of America in downtown Houston.

We believe that the wedding day is not an ordinary day. We believe that weddings have been planned since childhood. And we believe that the wedding photos should tell a story.

We are wedding photojournalists who are able to capture the wedding story as it unfolds throughout the day from every angle. As artistic photojournalists, we allow the day to flow naturally so that we can capture the spontaneous and candid moment while staying invisible.

Our photography style is a combination of traditional, candid and photojournalistic styles for every occasion. To contact us, please email manhlieu@manhlieuphotography.com
